Hotel Cocoa`s sister property (Deluxe Villa, Deluxe Family Room, and Superior Family Room) is under the same management but located in different areas. This sister property is located at 37-1 Irie, Toyakocho, Abuta District, Hokkaido 049-5603, offering relaxing ocean views instead of a Lake View. This villa has a convenient location near the train station and local supermarkets approximately 15 minutes away by car from Hotel Cocoa. Note that these two properties are in separate locations.

Yotei Chalet #1 is a fantastic 3 bedroom house that comes complete with everything you need to enjoy a holiday in Niseko. The House is located in Soga Niseko between Niseko Village and Hirafu Village, two of the best resorts on the Niseko United Pass. The chalet has beds for up to 7 guests. 2 of the rooms have 1 double or two singles and the 3rd room set with two singles. If you have a 7th guest they will be provided with comfy futon bedding
