The house is about 50 m2 with porch of about 60 m2 around. Parking spaces for 3 cars. Type 2 electric car charger. There are well-maintained marked hiking trails around the cabin area, as well as a swimming beach. Great outfield for picking wild mushrooms and berries in late summer and autumn. Possibility to go fishing in the fjord where there are trout, char and perch.

A cozy forest cabin among moss and ferns, where sunbeams dance between the trees. Paddle quietly between water lilies, past the beaver lodge – or stay on the deck with a coffee cup, a friend, or a book in the morning sun. Here you will find peace, birdsong and plenty of room for the little pleasures. Poor coverage (thankfully) – but Wi-Fi is available in case of need. 20 min to shops, cafes and city life, and 45 min to the zoo in Kristiansand. This is the perfect base to go around and experience, or just stay and breathe. It's your choice.

It is located near the beach and the large windows in the living room open up to a fantastic view and spectacular nature. A path leads down to a small beach about 70 meters from the cabin. There you can swim, paddle, or just sunbathe. The cabin invites you to a large terrace, which is furnished with sofa, sun loungers, dining table and private pavilion.

Come and stay in our restored log cabin! Here, the walls are completely black from the time when rock drills for the mine, nails and horseshoes were forged in here. At our place you can wake up to a view of the young horses or take a walk up into our woods. Maybe you'll stumble upon the old copper mine up in the woods? You will spend the night in the immediate vicinity of Snartemobekken which is a tributary of the river Lygna where the salmon play. Nedre Snartemo is an old farm with a barn that is under restoration. On the farm there are traces of settlement from the pre-Roman Iron Age and all the way to our time. The famous Snartemo sword was found just 200 meters away - in other words, you live in the middle of history.
