The washhouse is located on the Schacherbauer farm overlooking the orchard. It is minimalist, but high quality and lovingly furnished, with shower, toilet, large comfortable sofa bed, ample storage space and a large terrace. The new wood-burning sauna can be used at an additional cost. (up to 6-8 people) On the farm there are numerous animals, a café and a shop. Both are open on Friday afternoon. Be a guest in my single-family home. I am present in the evening and at night, otherwise 3 cats live here. From the balcony, you have an unobstructed view of the countryside and the well-kept Mediterranean garden due to the location on the outskirts. Kastl is a typical Upper Bavarian village between Altötting and Burghausen. It has its own train station and has access to the public transport network.

The travel mill. In the middle of nature.

We rent the annex on our farm. We live here with our two children and have 2 wool pigs in Freilandhaltung, 9 sheep, chickens and ducks. On our Aeral there is a beautiful creek, where you can make great creek walks through the forest. There is a swimming lake about 600 m away. After Altötting it is 5 minutes, to Munich 45 minutes and to the mountains about 1 hour by car.
