Loft-style space with mezzanine very close to Tucuns beach - Armação de Buzios. Tucuns is a wild beach, almost always empty. Large expanse of sand and good for sports such as surfing and kite surfing. The loft is rustic and simple, but charming and has a small living room, a mini American kitchen with a 2-burner cooktop, a microwave and a minibar. New bathroom and mezzanine (go up and lie down) with double mattress, air conditioning (split or window) and TV with cable channels.
