Por cortesía se suministra champú, gel, papel higiénico y gel de mano, la reposición a cargo del huésped. Incluye ropa de cama y de baño que se cambia cada tercer día a petición del inquilino. Las toallas de la habitación no van a la zona de spa, hay disponible servicio de alquiler de toallones de piscina o albornoz. Aproximadamente unos 60 m2, con cocina equipada para la cantidad de huéspedes del alojamiento. Posibilidad de añadir cama supletoria por un suplemento y bajo disponibilidad. Los masajes tanto individuales como en pareja se abonan al finalizar. Se localiza en la comarca de Babia (Reserva de la Biosfera), en Riolago, pueblo monumental y pintoresco donde se encuentra el palacio de Quiñones, lugar al que venían los antiguos reyes a "Estar en Babia". Actualmente es el museo y la casa del Parque Natural. Permite realizar: senderismo, Btt,raquetas de nieve, escalada,esquí, pesca.

Situated into a protected forest belonging to Villaviciosa council (Asturias), inside the Cider production region, and 800m close to Playa España beach (at 12 minutes by foot). To let weekly the whole villa and stay almost during 1 week or more, checkin only on saturday or sunday. Pets not accepted.

Asturias airport is 10 minutes away. Nevertheless, planes are not heard nor seen from the house. Stand-alone stone house in a 2,000 sq.m. fully enclosed property situated in a quiet and nature-sorrounded 3-property cul-de-sac 25 meters above Arnao beach (Castrillón municipality) and very close to Salinas beach. The city of Avilés is 7 kms away and it takes half an hour to get either to Oviedo or to Gijón. There are big supermarkets and grocery shops 1 mile from the house.
