Our villa, which will allow you to have a spacious and comfortable holiday with its approximately 150 square meters of balcony and terrace, is three kilometers from the center of Ayvalık, there is no parking problem, and it is suitable for conservative families. There are two double beds, three single beds and a sofa bed that can be turned into a bed. A crib and a high chair can be provided if requested. All rooms have air conditioning.

Our stone Greek house, built in 1808 and located in the center of Ayvalık, is a loft-style apartment. It is furnished as a studio to suit all needs. Located 100 meters from the sea and 50 meters from restaurants, cafes, and bars. There are two double beds, one single bed, and one fold-out L-shaped sofa bed. It can accommodate up to 6 people. In the winter months, it is heated with an electric UFO heater, and in the summer months, a fan is available for cooling down. Hot water, TV, and satellite broadcasting are provided.
