Welcome to the 40 m² loft studio near Badischer Bahnhof! Only a 10-minute walk to the trade fair and the city center. The studio is idyllically located in a car-free area right by the "Lange Erlen" nature paradise. Quiet location in the basement with natural light and morning sun. Private bathroom and mini kitchen with fridge (no sink). The studio is located in the basement of a detached house. Access is via a house entrance shared with the host and a short area on the first floor.

The small loft is located in the rear building on the first floor of my former photo studio. It’s simple, cozy, and clean, with everything arranged in one open space featuring a double bed, walk-in shower, and small toilet. The loft has an unconventional character and is best suited for easygoing guests who enjoy creative and unique spaces. I built this loft myself during the Corona years for visiting friends and family. It may not be perfect, but guests have loved it ever since.
