The studio apartment consists of a BEDROOM, KITCHEN, PRIVATE BATHROOM, 15 minutes walk from Savassi, Downtown, Hospital Area, near the Lifcenter hospital, next to restaurants, supermarket, and various types of commerce. Near the Pope's Square, Mirante, Parque das Mangabeiras. Restaurant, Bakery 20 meters from the place, supermarket, drugstore, and other shops 50 meters away. This STUDIO does not have a washing machine.

I always provide a table with coffee in the morning and you can prepare crepioca, eggs, bananas. Check-in time on business days, end of week/holiday time to be arranged temporarily.

It has solid wood furniture, an electric stove (two burners) with an exhaust fan, a microwave oven, a minibar, a portable fan and a Smart TV (with access to Netflix and dozens of channels over the Internet).

The entrance is common, but the rest of the accommodation is all for the guest, totally independent (kitchen, living room and bedroom combined and bathroom with closet). The kitchenette has some appliances, utensils and excellent Internet. Close to Centerminas.
