From the wrap-around balcony (2 sides of the house), you can enjoy a view of unspoiled nature. Families with children, those seeking peace and quiet, sports enthusiasts, couples, groups, pets – everyone is welcome. My cozy house has 4 bedrooms, a kitchen and bathroom, a garage and underfloor heating.

One of the oldest houses in Zwingenberg, built before 1767, it is located in the middle of the Zwingenberg old town. Lovingly restored, it offers old charm with modern comfort. 100 m², the house can accommodate 6 people, a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living-dining room invite you to social evenings. In addition to a shower room on the 1st floor, there is a separate toilet on the ground floor. Unfortunately, the house is not suitable for people with disabilities. Cats are not allowed in our accommodations.

The house is furnished to allow families with (and without) children to have a good time. Cycling and hiking trails are right around the corner. Dexheim itself has a lot to offer (culture in the park, history, the town hall garden, and more), but so do Oppenheim, Nierstein, Worms, Mainz, and Heidelberg – it's just beautiful here! We do NOT rent to fitters.
