Our 55 m² basement apartment is located in the annex of an old building in Bad Honnef-Rhöndorf, right at the foot of the Drachenfels and only a few meters from the Rhine. When you leave the apartment, you can see the vineyards on the slopes of the Siebengebirge. The location offers a very pleasant living and quality of life. Here you will feel comfortable and come to rest, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Whether in transit, for a few days of rest or a business meeting - we look forward to seeing you soon!

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Rhein und der Insel Grafenwerth, einem beliebten Ausflugsort mit Park, Spielplätzen, Sportflächen und einem Freizeitbad. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Parkplatz, sowie Bus- und Stadtbahn. Die Innenstadt von Bad Honnef sowie den Hauptbahnhof erreicht man zu Fuß innerhalb von 10 Minuten. Ein Restaurant und eine Eisdiele befinden sich auf dem Grundstück, weitere Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Vermieter wohnen im selben Haus und stehen für Fragen zur Verfügung.

We have expanded the former granary under the roof of the old customs castle: 3 double rooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 combined kitchen/living room, ideally suited for a cozy stay with a historic ambiance. The flower corner in the courtyard with table and benches is also at your disposal. The city, park and pier are within walking distance. Conveniently located: Mehlem-Lannesdorf regional train station about a 10-minute walk, bus stop to Godesberg or Bonn center about 250 m. The price includes the accommodation tax required by the city of Bonn at 7% (always more expensive...) = tourism tax.
