This private guest suite in North Boulder has tons of natural light and is located on the main floor of our home (not a basement). It has a newly remodeled bathroom, AC, separate entrance/musroom, easy parking, a kitchen with tea and coffee provided. Private with no shared spaces. We are a quick bike or bus ride to downtown, Pearl St., and CU Boulder! Walk to bakery, grocery, gorgeous Wonderland lake. Work remotely. This is a private quiet downstairs suite. Sorry, no pets due to medical issues in our family, this is a dedicated allergen-free unit.

Luxury Studio Borders Park - Walk to Shopping

While this studio is priced a bit higher than some, there is a reason. It's an absolutely amazing space in an incredible Boulder neighborhood. Every amenity you can imagine, incredibly tastefully decorated with original art, newly remodeled custom tile bathroom with walk in shower. This entire space was just redone in an upscale style. It truly doesn't get any better than this. Pricing is set for 1 person to keep it as low as possible. 2 guests possible.
