The Carriage House at Bittersweet, is a newly built getaway adjacent to the original farmhouse on the 31 acre Dietz homestead. It is located within 3.5 miles of Boyne Resort and 2 from the city. Enjoy the tranquil setting from the 2nd floor living room with a sectional sofa, stone fireplace and cozy kitchen, and spacious deck. The main floor bedroom features a queen bed, bathroom and laundry. The separate entrance lower level adds 1 pullout twin and a queen bed within a studio setting.

We have just added an outdoor sauna to this fabulous cabin in the woods behind our house. Although there is only 1 proper bedroom there is a sleeping loft with a queen size bed and window overlooking the hardwood forest. We also have a pull-out couch. Guests have complete privacy and everything provided for a comfortable stay This is a cabin with peaceful relaxation in mind....no loud parties or anything of that nature. Come and enjoy northern Michigan's beauty in all seasons.
