In front of the entrance there is a small lawn (not private) where you can stop briefly to unload luggage. A large public parking area is available in Viano about 300 m away.

Large studio apartment with bathroom attached to the courtyard of one of the most characteristic historic houses of Mandello del Lario. You will find yourselves right on the “wayfarer's path” that runs along Lake Como. Reserved parking spot. The courtyard, which is about 100 square meters and at guests' complete disposal, has a hot tub (open 3/15 - 10/30). The house has been upgraded in terms of energy efficiency and also offers an EV charging station in the property's garden.

The apartment is located in a typical fishermen's house completely renovated that overlooks Lake Como next to one of the most renowned beaches, Riva Bianca. From the house you can enjoy a splendid view. The house does not face the road directly so as not to disturb the peace and relaxation. In front there is a garden with a vegetable garden, a beautiful lawn and direct access to the lake promenade. My place is good for couples, families and furry friends (pets).
