Within walking distance you will find bars, museums, small shops, the theater, the Bremen Bürgerpark and the Weserpromenade. Restaurants, an art and jewellery gallery as well as shops are just a few meters away. Free internet / Wi-Fi and car parking are available. The Donnerschwee farm, first mentioned in 1937 and later built, is located in the northeast of the city of Oldenburg and was the first settlement house on the square. The Donnerschwee district emerged from an old farming village, which presumably existed since the 9th century. The upper floor of the half-timbered farmhouse at the foot of our mighty peace oak was converted into a spacious, sunny loft in 2014. The view from the balcony captures berry fields, rhododendron hedges and the village atmosphere in the Aller-Leine Valley. The apartment offers a lot of comfort. The bathroom and living area are particularly spacious. Ancient half-timbering was partially preserved and combined with modern elements. On the farmyard, there are more apartments.
