This charming detached house is situated in the beautiful Gruia district of Cluj-Napoca. It is conveniently located, in a green and peaceful area of the city, yet at walking distance to the city centre. This characterful house benefits from a courtyard with garden and has the bonus of a splendid heated outdoor swimming pool, open May until September. The house exists of a main house, sleeping in total 10persons, and an apartment with separate entrance from the garden area which sleeps 2 persons.

This is a small studio apartment on the fifth floor of a new apartment building complex. It has a nice view, floor to ceiling windows and heated floor and a private parking space in the building lot. It’s 3 minutes away from Platinia mall where there are restaurants, cafes, a gym, a supermarket among other things. The center is a 15 minutes walk or a 5 minute car ride away. The bus station is in front of the mall where a bus to the center can be taken for two/three stops. Private parking.
