Cross-country trails with partially illuminated trails around Dalsjön also attract just 200 meters from the cabin. When you have run out of energy, there is both a sauna and a stove to warm up by in the cottage or why not a ready-made dinner at the inn 350 meters away. Large mountain cabin in an authentic Jämtland mountain environment. Ski-in/Ski-out in the Gräftåvallen ski system, about 15 minutes to the ski system in Bydalen, and just over an hour to Åre. Gräftåvallen is home to Sweden's largest ski club, and there are 45 km of groomed ski trails directly adjacent to the cabin. The cottage has everything needed for a skiing and mountain vacation, with large living areas, a fireplace and a sauna. In summer, you can just go straight up the mountain and hike. You are close to swimming and fishing opportunities.

Brattland Ski/Bike Lodge Åre (annex) By the sauna

Brattland bike/ski lodge is beautifully located above the E14, about 8 km from Åre village. Car parking is available at the houses. By car, it takes ten minutes to the village. If you want to take the bus, you can get down to the stop at the E14. You can bring skis or snowboards on the bus. In addition to skiing and cycling, you can go hiking, fishing, dog sledding, rent snowmobiles and a variety of other activities. In this fantastic little mountain village Ottsjö, our newly built house is in a high position overlooking the mountain world in Åre. The house is 76 sqm with panoramic windows and beautiful material choices. In this house, you will feel like you are outdoors even when you are sitting inside by the stove with a cup of tea. Just behind the house, there are several prepared cross-country trails, snowmobile trails, hiking trails and proximity to fine fishing. A perfect house for friends and families with children who also want to bring their dog.

Relax, dive into the lake or why not put on cross-country skis outside the door in the winter? When Storsjön roars, you can light the fire & look out through the panoramic windows & enjoy Oviksfjällen on the horizon.
