Stay in this spacious and conveniently located 75m² apartment, without taking the car out of the garage! In the center of Cachoeira, 3 min from the beach on foot, swimming pool, elevator, garage and visitor parking space. Suite, queen size bed, air conditioning, another bedroom with a double bed and extra mattress, air conditioning and balcony. In the living room, 50" smart TV, air conditioning, 500 megas internet, sofa bed, balcony with barbecue grill.
