The ROOM (without kitchen) is completely self-contained, private toilet and bathroom, access through a private entrance to the accommodation. It is located in a part of our house and can ideally accommodate 2 people (up to 3 if necessary, extra charge of €10/night). In the event that the 2nd bed (armchair convertible into single extra bed) is necessary, even for 2 guests, an additional €10 will be charged upon arrival. The room is to be left clean (or €10 cleaning fee)

It is surrounded by meadows and forests. The altitude is 750m, the distance to Foix 5km. Sheets, towels, kitchen towels and essential cooking product are provided. Electricity and water costs are included in the rental price.

Listed as a historical monument, Pignan is a medieval village near Montpellier. You are staying in an old 18th-century sheepfold with beautiful pointed-arch vaults. The walls were built using lime and Pignan stone. It is a large room of about 20 m² designed for 2 people. This unique property is located on the ground floor of our house, located on a quiet pedestrian street in the city center and close to small shops.
