Located in an area that its in between the local life and the touristic activities, this studio apartment has easy access to the buses that take you to the beach and it’s also very convenient if you want to have a chill place to relax after a day of wandering around Cancun's attractions and nearby towns. The studio is well located near the ferry to Isla Mujeres in Puerto Juárez, at the beginning of the “Zona Hotelera” and in the city center where you can find traditional artisanal market and beautiful tourist spots. The loft is at 10 min walk from: a local market, cafes, restaurants, the bus stop to get to the beach. Don’t forget to enjoy the terrace! You can use the barbecue, have a nice cup of coffee in the morning or a refreshing beer in the evening ;)
