Casa vacanze Il Melograno

Dimora tipica in parte scavata ed in parte costruita, con splendida vista sullo scenario incantato dei Sassi di Matera. Si trova in zona pedonale, quindi non è raggiungibile con la macchina, ma c è un comodo parcheggio a pagamento a 2 minuti a piedi e parcheggi gratuiti lungo la strada poco più distanti. Vicina ai luoghi più importanti da visitare! L'accesso degli appartamenti è un comodo piano terra ma la vista dal balcone dell'appartamento numero 1 è un piano alto (magia dei Sassi di Matera!)

La grotta

Il mio alloggio è nel centro storico del paese. Si trova a soli 10 km dalle Terme di Sorano, mentre a 20km possiamo trovare il Lago di Bolsena e le Terme di Saturnia (spa). Ti piacerà il mio alloggio per questi motivi: luminoso, panoramico, pulito ed accogliente. Adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, famiglie (con bambini) e amici pelosi (animali domestici). NB: se la prenotazione è per due persone si intende un solo letto, per un letto in più è necessario prenotare almeno per 3 persone.

Gli spazi sono stati arredati con un accenno di richiamo alla storia dei popoli che hanno vissuto per secoli in queste grotte, senza togliere nulla al confort che la modernità ci ha donato. Le grotte hanno un loro particolare microclima che viene regolato da impianto di riscaldamento in inverno e deumidificazione quando necessario. Nello spazio esterno, arredato con tavolino e sedie, è possibile incontrare e fare amicizia con la mia gattina e con il mio cane, un dolcissimo Border Collie . Soggiornare in una grotta è un esperienza.
