The house is located at the end of a road so there is no traffic noise. A living room with fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower and toilet are available. In front of the entrance is a terrace with table and armchairs, as well as a 100 m² fenced meadow (ideal for dogs).

You can walk, stroll, feel good and relax in max. 30 min. all known places on Lake Wörthersee such as Velden, Reifnitz, Pyramidenkogel, etc.

There are many things to do around the beautiful Carinthian lake area.
