Over 1500 sq. feet, this 1880's executive loft has been completely renovated and is located one block off Route 66 and the beautiful Carthage square. Built in 1846 and secluded on 5 gorgeous acres bordering Turkey Creek on the west and a paved walking trail on the south, this charming cottage was the home of Charles Schifferdecker, where he brewed his beer to sell in the "mining camp" called Joplin.
