On the 2nd floor, there is a bedroom, a children's room, an office with a couch (can be used as a sofa bed), and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, all with underfloor heating and oak parquet flooring throughout. On the ground floor, there is a natural stone floor with underfloor heating, a large, light-filled living room with a couch (sofa bed available) and a TV with soundbar, a fireplace, and a large dining table, a kitchen, a guest toilet, and a utility room with heating and a washing machine. Wi-Fi throughout the house with a fiber-optic connection.

Housing in the garden

Accommodation in the garden house is a quiet place in the middle of the village of Bratronice. The house is located in a fruit orchard. Near the house there are dense forests, rocks, the Berounka River and a castle. The place is ideal for trips to nature. The property is fenced, so the dogs have nowhere to run. Parking is on the other side of the garden than the garden house. There are two pubs in the village, where they only cook Mon-Fri 11:00-14:00. There is also a basic grocery store 7:00-18:00. The house is heated by underfloor heating.

Beautiful, fully equipped 3-room house with private garden. The house is design-oriented. It includes a TV, a sofa bed in the living room, which is connected to a kitchenette equipped with built-in electrical appliances (built-in refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher) including a hood, a double bed and a wardrobe in each of the 2 bedrooms. From one bedroom and the living room, there is an entrance to the garden with outdoor seating. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and washing machine.
