Chalet in Colonia Ciudad Jardin

Nice little house in Colonia de Prosperidad in a quiet and wooded area. You enter through a private garden to a hall where my apartment is and you go up a staircase with a security door to the apartment for rent. On the first floor there are two rooms: one with a double bed and the other with a single bed. Both share a bathroom with a bathtub and shower. Upstairs, a large and bright living room with a large table for 8 people and an open kitchen with everything you need.

Quiet and coquette spot in Madrid

This is a terraced house with two floors. At the ground floor there is a small garden, sitting and dining room, a small toilette and the kitchen. At the first floor you will find two rooms and the bathroom. This is a quiet area without noises neither traffic where you can have a nice rest. I see myself as an open minded person and I like to interact with any kind of human being, I don't care about people backgrounds, as long as they are respectful and good people.

In accordance with current Spanish regulations, we can only accept guests whose stay has a purpose related to their profession, work, studies or any other reason that is not tourism. The house is located in the Puerta del Ángel neighborhood, 10 m walk from Madrid Río Park and 15 m from the historic center by public transport (buses and metro Line 6)
