Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, new mattresses and pillows, flatscreen TV and A/C. A separate laundry room has a new washer and dryer and the spacious kitchen has all new appliances. There is whole house WIFI and cable TV which includes HBO. The home is in walking distance to restaurants and markets.

The courtyard with pool, as well as the covered parking is shared with the upstairs apartment. We strive to create a peaceful, relaxing environment. Maximum occupancy is limited to two (2) adults.
