The small courtyard covers an area of more than 1,000 square meters. The modern-style villa with a private pool is located by a flowing stream and has separate indoor and outdoor kitchens, a BBQ area, and a private cafe. There is a dressing room, a shared bathroom in the courtyard, a hammock, and a lounger, similar to a private resort setting.
