Apartment for 4 people in San Telmo, very well located. Two comfortable and air-conditioned rooms. The apartment is old but remodeled, spacious, simple and well equipped, bright with a large balcony. Paid street parking is available. The area is safe, noisy on weekdays, but you can rest very well at night. Located in downtown Buenos Aires, a few meters from the historic Plaza de Mayo, La Trastienda, the San Telmo fair, Puerto Madero, the Cabildo and the Cathedral. A 10-minute walk from the city of Buenos Aires.

Beautiful, brand-new apartment, very bright, with the best views, across from the Sheraton Hotel and Plaza San Martín. All public transportation services are just a few meters from the apartment, making all connections within the city optimal. Close to Buquebus, Aeroparque, and Peatonal Florida. The apartment has WiFi, TV with streaming in the living room and bedroom, and a separate full kitchen. Large windows and a beautiful view!
