The guest bathroom is just across the hall, featuring heated floors, and earthy elements throughout, to create a spa-like environment. The main area just down the hallway provides ample space for cooking, dining, and relaxing. The shared kitchen is equipped with upscale appliances, featuring a full-size fridge, 36-inch range, microwave, steam oven, and all the kitchenware you need for cooking and dining. This unit is in a triplex, with access through the main entrance lobby. Head on up through the common stairwell, but don't worry, it's just 3 short flights away from a tranquil oasis. The guest room is all yours, private to you. Once inside the unit, you will have your very own key to lock the bedroom and keep your belongings safe. You also have full access to the shared spaces in the unit, including a full-size kitchen, living area, dining area, and laundry just outside your door! We will be available to help you with anything you might need during your stay in SF, and are happy to make recommendations. We have a list of sights, attractions, local spots, and restaurants to visit. Make sure to check out our guide book, too! Stroll from this setting on a residential street for only a block to reach Panhandle Park, or 3 blocks to Buena Vista Park. Nearby Alamo Square Park offers spectacular views of the city and bay. Dine in diverse restaurants within walking distance. Everything you need is a short walk away on Divisadero including quality, interesting, and affordable restaurants, cafes, bars, groceries, shops, services, a bakery, a bookstore, and boba! There's also a farmer's market 1 block away on Saturdays, and three lovely parks. We love our neighborhood which is so friendly and livable! Transportation to Downtown (about 1.7 miles to Civic Center) or any of the San Francisco attractions is easy with frequent buses. One minute from the front door you can catch a MUNI bus to the nearby BART (underground) station.

Beautiful Luxury Victorian near San Francisco, Beach, Oak

Bring the past back to life in this updated historical residence. The house features original architecture details, a neutral color scheme, contemporary and antique furnishings, contrasting textures and patterns, and an outdoor dining area. Parties are not allowed. This is a beautiful Victorian house built in 1908, with delightful vintage details throughout, and recently luxurious upgrades from top to bottom. It is decorated with French Country theme. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and welcoming. House is equipped with high speed internet (free wifi), flat screen TV, and wash/dryer. Guests will have access to the entire house and the garden. I am a very easy going person. Every guest will be respected and be cared for during their stay. Absolutely no problem if you break a dish, a glass, or accidentally scratch a table or spill something on the carpet. Things are meant to be used and guests should live freely during their visit. I live in Santa Clara, 45mins south of Alameda. Not onsite most days, but always available by phone or text, and will give guests immediate attention. My kind neighbors Dean and Stacy offered to help in emergency situations. My grown up son, Sean (25), lives half miles away from the Airbnb is able to help as well. The home is in a charming neighborhood where people are very friendly and welcoming. It is walking distance to Webster Street, filled with restaurant and shops, and a few minutes walk to the Crown Beach with miles of trails and stunning views. The Victorian house is convenient and central located, walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, 7 miles to Oakland International airport, 4 miles to Coliseum, Oracle Arena. Going to San Francisco, 12 miles by land, you have the options of taking the ferries, Bart (Lake Merritt Station) and bus AC Transit Route O (Santa Clara/9th bus stop, a few minutes walk) https://sfbaytransit.org/actransit/route/O Party is not allowed and quiet time is 9:30pm.
