Molinu is located in the heart of the historic centre of Santu Lussurgiu. You will be welcomed by a unique atmosphere, with 4-metre-high ceilings and majestic stone vaults framing the ancient olive presses. Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.

Ampio appartamento di 120 mq nel centro storico di Cuglieri che affaccia sul corso principale, al secondo piano di un palazzo di famiglia degli agli anni '20. Troverete una casa antica che ha mantenuto gli arredi originari e lo spirito decò del tempo. Il palazzo fu in origine acquisito dal mio bisnonno e appartiene tuttora alla mia famiglia. Noi abitiamo al terzo piano (due adulti e una bambina) , mentre gli ospiti avranno a disposizione l'intero appartamento al secondo piano.
