New detached 2+1 (6 adults) with a private garden of approximately 200 m2, a living room with a double veranda and an open kitchen, two bedrooms on the upper floor, a room with a balcony with a forest view, another room with a bay window with a mountain view, two separate bathrooms on the upper floor and on the ground floor. + children) Our duplex twin stone villa welcomes you with a spacious, furnished, kitchen-equipped, unique comfort. Enjoy your holiday with your family in your detached villa, which is close to the center and the beaches within walking distance (Mandalya, Saklı Koyu, Kargı, Taşlık and Kumluk Beaches). There is a municipal bus stop one street away (around 100 meters) from our villa, which is located very close to the center of Datça (1.5 km). Municipal buses plying between Datça Center and Kargı Bay pass from this stop every half hour. The building of our holiday home is new and built in October 2023. It has all the kitchenware (plates, pots, pans, glass and electronic items, etc.) and white goods you will need. Our house, which has a large bed capacity for 6 adults and/or children, has two separate double bedrooms, a large sofa in each room and two large sofas for two people in the living room. Each Bedroom has separate Air Conditioning. Both bathrooms on the ground floor and upper floor have a shower and a hair dryer. Inside the house there is a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, electric water heater, cooker, built-in oven, air conditioner, television, vacuum cleaner, ironing board, iron, hair dryer, filter coffee machine, Turkish coffee machine, toaster and kitchen appliances for 2x6 people. supplies are available. Located on the sandy beach in the center of Datça, İskele neighborhood, our house is located on the beachfront, the building is 1 year old, newly furnished inside, has its own detached entrance, and is on the second floor of a two-storey house. There is no other apartment on the same floor in the building, it is very enjoyable to watch the sunrise and the full moon from the balcony.
