Located on the Elk River arm of beautiful Grand Lake we are just 2 mi from Flint Fire Marina where you can utilize the boat ramp or fuel up. The covered boat dock has rooftop access and the private swim dock is perfect for launching a kayak into the cove.

The bedroom area has a queen over queen bunk-bed that comfortably sleeps 4. Property is located 5 feet from a private launching ramp and private dock. Lakeside fun is just steps away!
