This apartment is brand new with all of the comforts of home. Quick access to I-35 makes it simple to travel every direction. We are about thirty minutes north of Dallas or Fort Worth. This space has WiFi, 2 smart TV's with Hulu+Live, washer and dryer, queen size bed and sofa bed with memory foam mattress. It has a fully equipped kitchen. We are pet friendly & behaved pets are welcome. We use a disinfecting UV light to sanitize between guests. We also have a rigorous cleaning protocol.

Two-story house close to TWU & Downtown Denton

Our house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. It is very close to Texas Woman's University, and only a short drive from downtown, Loop 288, and UNT. This is our family home, so do not be surprised by signs of life such as food in cabinets, full closets, etc.) We rent our house when we are away (during the summer & holidays). Our house backs into a beautiful city park that has tennis & basketball courts and a playground. (You will need to walk around the block to reach the park.)
