Lovely flat close to the river

Lovely flat on the first floor of a traditional coachman domicile of our Villa. Below the flat is a little Café with nice places outside. There is also a garden with lots of places to relax. By tram, car or even bicycle you can easily reach the centre of the city. In front of the Villa there is the river Elbe with its meadows and its path- and bikeways. . The "Neustadt" , quarter next to our flat, with its bars, restaurants and shops is very popular.

From April to October, the guesthouse offers cozy 2-bed rooms with an extra bed. Each room has its own entrance door, separate shower/toilet, satellite TV and Wi-Fi You have the option to book 1, 2 or 3 rooms. The base price is for one room plus any extra bed. Even if all rooms are occupied in the occupancy calendar, some may still be available. Just ask and I'll make you a host offer. There is a surcharge for single occupancy.

Our vacation home is a newly built, energy-efficient bungalow, 85 square meters and barrier-free. It is furnished with every comfort in the country house style. The house has 2 bedrooms for a maximum of 4 guests and an open living and dining area. From the terrace you have a beautiful view of the Elbe Sandstone Mountains. The building is on its own property. Parking spaces are available.
