Private entrance. You have a completely updated/ remodeled private space on the walk-out level of my home. Open floor plan, a carpeted bedroom with KING bed, a full-size memory foam sleeper sofa, a living room, mini-kitchen, laundry and bath. The mini-kitchen has a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, crock pot, toaster, table/chairs. The desk, with woods view, is a perfect place to reflect, read, and write. Many extras. Snacks. Quiet residential area of Dubuque. I live upstairs with my dog.

Relax and enjoy time together at Creekside. The cottage is a picturesque spot for one or two guests or for groups up to 6. Extra guest charge is $20 per person after 2. Located on our farm only 15 minutes from downtown Dubuque and the Mississippi Riverfront. Explore the woods, fields, and creek on our farm. Visit the animals. Welcoming 2 bedroom house in the heart of Dubuque

House is 2 bedrooms, one bath, fully stocked kitchen, on site laundry, and off street parking. Bedroom one has a king size bed and TV. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed. Bathroom is equipped with a tub and a shower and towels provided. House is pet friendly (for a fee), and we highly recommend only smaller dogs or animals. Can get to the popular downtown area or west end in a short 5 minute drive. Close to all three colleges, and both hospitals.
