WE ARE LOCATED IN PLAYA EL MURCIELAGO. Enjoy a beautiful ocean view from our spacious balcony. We are very well located. The apartment offers: a large ocean-front balcony, 2 large and bright bedrooms, a master bedroom with a queen bed and a second bedroom with a large and comfortable bunk bed, TV in the living room and in the bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, a large living and dining room with large windows to enjoy a beautiful view, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and dishes, and a washing machine.

Close from Plaza La Cuadra, an area with restaurants and market in the newest area of Manta. 5 minutes from Mall del Pacifico and Playa Murcielago by car. From the building one can walk in the beach. Family can enjoy pools, jacuzzi, tenis court, gym, playground.
