Beautiful townhouse 5 minutes walk to the beach. Located in a gated community with a private parking space. It has three floors. Two bedrooms with two 90 cm beds each and a bathroom with a shower on the middle floor and a master bedroom with a double bed, suite type with a terrace and a bathroom on the top floor, totally independent. The ground floor living area has a large living/dining room, an equipped kitchen, a toilet with a sink and shower, a laundry room, a pantry and a garden with access from the living room.

This loft with 2 suites and a living room with kitchenette was carefully decorated with luxury details, art and timeless design furniture. It was personalized to make you feel at home. It´s only a 5 minute walk to Tavira city centre, a 3 minute walk to the market and close to all the great Ria Formosa beaches. El Rompido. Charming townhouse

This is a completely independent accommodation attached to a single-family villa. It consists of a living room-kitchen. Full bathroom, double room and terrace of about 25 square meters, ideal for outdoor breakfasts and dinners and as a relaxation area. We have renovated the accommodation and converted it into a totally private apartment (including its own entrance). It used to be rented by the room, hence in the previous reviews it appears as a shared space.

The common facilities have gardens and a pool available in the summer season. Available in the house: barbecue and 2 terraces, one of them glazed, ideal for enjoying breakfast in the mornings.
