Mini suite with ocean view. Patio with campfire and barbecue area. Enjoy the breeze and the sound of the waves. Simple and cozy within a private with only 3 casitas. It is a separate apartment on the lower level of a house that we also rent out on Airbnb; each has its own separate space. A few steps away is a beautiful oceanfront viewpoint (next to stairs leading down to the sea), and a few steps away is a famous restaurant, breweries, and cafes. With parking in a trellis common area.

It is located outside the main house area with a separate entrance, entrance porch, completely private and very safe.

Well-lit apartment with a private entrance. It has a kitchenette, AIR CONDITIONING. Ideal for a couple. The accommodation has a queen-size bed. It does not have a garage but it has an exclusive place in front of the apartment. Located in a quiet neighborhood, a few minutes from downtown and Macroplaza del Mar and the beach. You can reach the tourist area by vehicle in approximately 10 minutes. Getting around by Uber or public transport is a good option.
