At the edge of Le Perche, former house of the independent caretaker of a mill on the Eure in the quiet of a 4Ha property, without any neighbors apart from the owner. The sound of the river, the birdsong, the old buildings, the boat, the vegetable garden, my two young female dogs, and the sheep are all there to help you relax during your time in the great outdoors. Very comfortable for 2 adults, the house can accommodate up to 5 people thanks to the extra single bed and the convertible in the living room.

We are a sheep farm between Paris and the ocean, about 1.5 hours from the coast and 1 hour from the capitol. We're situated in a small village nestled in picturesque countryside with the river Avre running along our fields. Our guesthouse has a private entrance, fully equipped kitchen and a small private garden. You are welcome to bring your pets and if your dogs want to try agility or herding, or maybe brush up on some basic obedience, we are licensed dog trainers and happy to help.

The cottage is equipped with a bedroom with sleeping arrangements; from one to four people, a bathroom, kitchen and veranda. The garden, spring, wood and stream will enchant you. Walkers, nature lovers, you will be seduced. Close to the Chemin de St Jacques de Compostelle. A time to settle down, rest, recharge. On the edge of the Loir, 20 minutes walk from the city center.

Incredible Airstream from 1974 with lagoon

Incredible experience for adults and children combined. Experience a stay in a vintage Américain Airstream caravan from 1974. --> access to the lagoon during your stay up to 21H (9pm). The lagon is not heated from 01 October to 15 mai 4 spaces to sleep, a double bed / convertable dining table for 4, and bunk beds for 2 children. Fridge, A/C gas stove, shower and dry toilette. Full shower and classic toilet available just outside the Airstream.
