Former fishing house on two floors with private courtyard. Architectural highlights in Moroccan style. Located in the beautiful old town center of Salema. The excellent beach is less than a one minute walk away. From the entrance you can access the open kitchen, living and dining area overlooking the oasis-like courtyard, which is attractively decorated with high-quality stone work. A small decorative pool (not for swimming) completes the cozy ambience. With a book in hand and feet in the cold water basin, you can relax and recharge your batteries on hot summer days. The bathroom with double shower and shower toilet is located on the first floor of the house. The two open bedrooms upstairs are each equipped with a queen-size bed under the cozy sloping ceiling. Each bedroom has direct access to the sun terrace with lounge furniture. A great night's sleep. You can hear the wind in the palm trees and the surf in the distance. Guests have access to all areas, as they rent the entire house. For all questions, we are reachable (mail and telephone) and have people on site who can look after the house and be helpful. Within 100 meters there are restaurants, bars, shops, rental of kayaks and paddle boarding and freshly caught fish are sold. Salema is a charming fishing village. From the beach, excursions by boat are offered. In the hinterland, the Monchique mountain range beckons with healing springs. Other activities include horseback riding, yoga, various water and amusement parks, water sports such as sailing, jet skiing or surfing. At Cabo de Sao Vincente you can experience wonderful sunsets.

An off-grid spot for summer and winter, situated in the South of the Algarve with a 5 minutes drive to the beaches of Luz and Burgau. The tiny house is situated in rural area, where you can experience peace and tranquility, watch the sunset from your deck while you taste our own vegetables. A variety of beautiful beaches with perfect surf conditions are close by (South- and West Coast) and the spot is almost next to the fisherman's trail. "A Casinha Torta" is located in the oldest part of the village of Raposeira. The walls that survived the 1755 earthquake were preserved and renovated with soul and dedication in a rustic style. During the renovation we found a doorbell from the 12th-14th century, which makes the history of this little house even more interesting. The beaches of both the south and west coasts are 5 km away.
