A new 780 sq. ft. home behind my former home. Most comfortable for a couple, the second bedroom, now an office, has a fold-down bed. The house, with walk-in shower & bench, has full at-grade mobility. The 15 ft ceiling has lots of southern exposure, so the living room feels large and light. Outdoor yard & table. Kid's books & toys available. Parking space. Near bike route and good transit. Hillcrest is a great area. Main St. is crammed with restaurants, coffee shops, and varied little stores.
