Living Space - smart TV for streaming netflix, disney, prime etc. There is no daily housekeeping. If you need extra towels, we can supply them for an additional fee. A small courtesy amenities kit is included at check in, but as this is a self serviced apartment, you’ll need to restock anything you require during your stay. A high-chair and travel cot (linen for bedding not included) are available upon request in the room for an extra fee. The cost for the duration of the stay is €25 for the pack and play crib and €15 for the high chair. Property sleeps max 3 people. Do not accept parties/gatherings/ Bachelorette and Bachelor parties. This property is strictly non smoking. You will have private access to the entire apartment, the entrance, and internal stairs and lift of the building is shared with residents of the building. You shall not use the room for any commercial purpose, such as social gatherings and parties. When you do have the air conditioning or heating on make sure to close the windows. You are welcome to smoke outside, do not throw any ash or buts on the floor or over the balcony.

There is a bean bag area ideal for relaxing while watching the Smart TV with Netflix. You can watch all the TV channels from your country. You can also take the TV off the wall and turn it around to watch it from the couch. The white natural linen sofa turns into a large bed measuring 160x200. The WiFi is high speed. The air conditioning is provided by Airzone, allowing you to control the ideal temperature in each area of the apartment. The designer kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances, and you can cook any dish in it.
