Pools are not heated and a few blocks away from the home. Fast WiFi (1 Gbps which is fast!) and 2 new smart TVs Netflix, Amazon prime, Disney, Hulu and ESPN. Home has stairs and all bedrooms are upstairs. Well behaved dogs are allowed for longer stays only for more than a week. There are 3 queen beds in 3 bedrooms upstairs.
