Eine besondere Küche (der wandelbare Tresen ist ein Tischler-Meisterstück der Familie), weitere Holz-Unikate sowie persönliche Einrichtungsgegenstände zeichnen diese Wohnung aus. Im Haus gibt es einen Fahrstuhl. Ein Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Achtung: Kein WLAN.
