In southern Gotland lies our unique home – a modern interpretation of the Gotland barn in burnt spruce and untreated concrete, with large glass sections that blur the boundary between inside and outside. Here, you can find peace and quiet right away. You swim in the 32-degree pool, cook with local ingredients and let the evenings take their time. The house is completely self-sufficient in electricity via solar cells and batteries. We are happy to share the place that for us means calm, presence and enjoyment of life – and hope that you will feel the same.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. 3 connected 18th-century houses at an angle, divided into 5 rooms and unfinished attics. Located in the middle of a 3500 sqm plot surrounded by lilac bushes and a private pool. Extra beds (4) are available for rent in the guest house "Smedjan". A barn for smaller events (weddings, etc.) is also available as an addition. In our "LADUSVIT" there is 1 double bed.

On the roof of the property there is access to a communal pool and tennis courts. We only rent to well-behaved tenants. You must be smoke and pet free and respect the rules of conduct. Welcome to Villa Skogsglänta. A newly built villa with all the amenities. Pool, large veranda, fireplace and not least walking distance (1km) to Tofta beach. The house is 112 sqm (100 sqm inside) and there is also an additional building with a bedroom of 10 sqm that you can rent. The house is located in Gnisvärd, just a 15-minute drive from central Visby. From the residence, you can get to Visby Golf Club in 12 minutes by car, which in 2020 was voted Sweden's best Golf Club.
