In southern Gotland lies our unique home – a modern interpretation of the Gotland barn in burnt spruce and untreated concrete, with large glass sections that blur the boundary between inside and outside. Here, you can find peace and quiet right away. You swim in the 32-degree pool, cook with local ingredients and let the evenings take their time. The house is completely self-sufficient in electricity via solar cells and batteries. We are happy to share the place that for us means calm, presence and enjoyment of life – and hope that you will feel the same.

The smaller guest house has one bedroom. The sea is just a few hundred meters away and also popular beaches, cafes and restaurants are located in the nearby area. Beautiful and beachfront house with walking distance to the sea and views of the Karlsoy islands on the fantastic Eksta coast in Gotland. The house has 4 bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom and toilet. The large living room with open up to the ridge has room for both dinner and hanging out. There is a terrace where you can enjoy a good meal while you can hear the waves and gaze out over the sea and the Karlso Islands. If you want to take a dip, you can do it in the beautiful pool. There's also a sunroom for a rainy summer day.

On the roof of the property there is access to a communal pool and tennis courts. We only rent to well-behaved tenants. You must be smoke and pet free and respect the rules of conduct. Family-friendly summer accommodation in Ekeby

Enjoy your stay with the whole family in this peaceful home close to nature and Visby. There is a heated swimming pool facing south with a spacious terrace, dining table, lounge furniture, a child-friendly fenced garden with swings, playhouse and sandbox. You can really enjoy sunny days by the pool and pleasant barbecue evenings at sunset. On the driveway there is a charging post for electric cars and space for 4 cars. Only 11 minutes' drive to the outskirts of Visby. Warm welcome!

Newly-built villa with pool near Tofta beach

Welcome to Villa Skogsglänta. A newly built villa with all the amenities. Pool, large veranda, fireplace and not least walking distance (1km) to Tofta beach. The house is 112 sqm (100 sqm inside) and there is also an additional building with a bedroom of 10 sqm that you can rent. The house is located in Gnisvärd, just a 15-minute drive from central Visby. From the residence, you can get to Visby Golf Club in 12 minutes by car, which in 2020 was voted Sweden's best Golf Club.

Villa Rask is only 200 meters from the beach, marina and sea tavern in Valleviken. At a short distance you will also find a café, bakery, restaurants, farm and many beaches and excursions.

Welcome to our guesthouse! Live modern, clean and comfortable on the outskirts of Visby. The area is peaceful and quiet and is called Terra Nova. The guest house is about 35 square meters and situated within walking distance to a large shopping area as well as a beautiful forest. Everything in Visby is within 8 minutes by car and 15- 20 minutes by bicycle. Walking to the city wall takes about 30-35 minutes. There is a private patio by the pool.

And the same distance to Slite, where you can enjoy sandy beaches and the possibility to rent a canoe, bicycles and go to the after beach. Enjoy a large garden and spacious house.
