Upon entering, you are greeted by the elegantly furnished master bedroom, featuring a queen-sized bed (150x200), complemented by a large window ensuring brightness and a generous closet for your convenience. To one side, you’ll discover a meticulously designed bathroom that boasts a beautiful bathtub. As you continue, you’ll encounter a spacious living room equipped with a sofa bed, and adjacent to it, a modern kitchen outfitted with all essential utensils. Additionally, there’s a dedicated workspace, equipped with a desk and ergonomic chair, ideal for those in need of a quiet space to focus. Ascending the stylish staircase, the upper floor will surprise you with a bedroom, featuring a queen-sized bed (150x200) offering panoramic views of the iconic Alhambra of Granada. Adjacent to the room, a bathroom with a shower adds to the comforts of the space. Undoubtedly, the patio with its hot water jacuzzi and a handy awning is the perfect nook to savor unique moments under the Granada sky. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses** During your stay, access to the room is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the room is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.

Spectacular views of the Alhambra. Terrace. This apartment has lovely views south of the Alhambra & Sierra Nevada mountains. It has a private roof top terrace with furniture for dining or just relaxing in the sun and admiring the views. There are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a large double bed and Arabic bath to soak in after a hard day sight seeing or skiing. The second bedroom has twin beds. A cot with comfortable mattress is available on request. The terrace is accessed via a spiral staircase from the living room. The living room also has views south of Alhambra and the mountains and a small balcony. The renovation has aimed to fuse 18th century charm with 21st century comfort and style, the apartment has air-conditioning, heating, free WiFi internet access, a powerful shower with limitless hot water a TV & DVD player. A high chair or hair dryer are available on request. Private parking space 150m from the apartment which needs to be paid for in advance to be reserved and costs 15 euros per day. Guests have sole use of the entire apartment and the terrace. If you need our parking space its needs to be reserved and costs 15 euros a day / 80 euros a week.

Apartment A occupies the ground floor and consists of a Moorish bedroom with lounge chairs (plus auxiliary bed upon request for one person), own bathroom, closet, kitchen with dining room and a Moorish patio with chairs, table and parasol. The Hamam with cold water room and steam room with heated benches, additional cost of €40 per stay. You can rent the whole house (discount, see also Apartment B). From the hallway, go up to apartment B and access a small art store. The type of hamam available is the same as a Jacuzzi (if in doubt, please ask). There is guarded parking about 150 meters away (cost €10/day). The Hamam has an extra cost of €40. Please ask before arriving to prepare it well. A €30 cleaning fee is charged. If an extra bed is required, an extra €40 is charged. No smoking inside the apartment.

Apartamento recién reformado, está dentro de un Carmen, con un dormitorio con cama de matrimonio (1,35 m), salón con cocina integrada y baño moderno. En el salón hay un sofá cama nuevo (1,35 m), ideal para invitados o niños. También disponemos de cuna gratuita si viajas con un bebé. Perfecto para parejas, amigos o familias que quieran disfrutar de una estancia cómoda en Granada. Todas las zonas exteriores son compartidas con otro apartamento. Ofrecemos, además, servicio extra de limpieza diaria y compra en supermercado antes de la llegada (bajo petición). La entrada es autónoma a través de un código que se genera al hacer el check-in online el día de la llegada.

There is a desk and Wi-Fi available for working in the room. The bedroom has 2 single beds, each 90 cm wide. They are very sunny and do not have a terrace. The apartment can be used. If the services of breakfast, cleaning of clothes, use of the jacuzzi, take with them the payment of an additional fee for the provision of those services.

It is located on a pedestrian street in the Lower Albayzin, 300 m. from Plaza Nueva, a largely pedestrian UNESCO heritage district. Thanks to the location you will not need the car and you can walk to the most emblematic places of Granada.
