Great location for boating, hiking, fishing; short drive to Granby Ranch and the Grand Lake Golf Course for both summer & winter fun. House sleeps 12 if some are kids & you are planning to have them max out the bunk room. Otherwise house comfortably sleeps 10 adults and has three full bathrooms. Reliable WiFi and a landline.

Every bedroom has its own AC unit. High speed internet is provided. Five kayaks and one canoe are available (included in the rental price) for guests to use in summer. The cabin is 2 miles from the center of Grand Lake Village and 3 miles from Rocky Mountain National Park (RMNP).
