This apartment is located on the 2nd floor / elevator. It has a bedroom with a vanity. Shower & toilet can be reached from the small anteroom. The balcony room has seating for 4 people, a kitchenette and also 2 single beds. The balcony is on the sunny side and you have a wonderful view of the Modriacher Kircherl! Each room is equipped with a small refrigerator. At the hotel entrance there is now a vending machine called Seppl which is ready for you around the clock with chilled drinks, snacks, tobacco products and much more. Apartment in the heart of Graz

The studio is located in the heart of Graz, on the idyllic bank of the Mur River and only a short walk from the Kunsthaus. The cozy apartment is the perfect starting point to explore the hip artists' district of Lend with its countless cool restaurants or the old town on the other side of the river, and then to retreat back to the quiet atmosphere of the old building. When we are there, we use a room as a studio where we usually sew or knit.

Small feel-good wooden house

Do you need a break or do you want to use the nearby bike path for exercise? Here you can relax wonderfully but also be active. The 36 m2 log cabin has a kitchen-living room, a bedroom, an anteroom and a bathroom. In front of it is a large terrace where you can see the flowing mill and are surrounded by lots of nature. The public bus to downtown is about 700 m away, and you can park your car and bicycles directly at the property.
