Casa etica in Umbria

E' un annesso di 60 mq adatto a coppie che vogliono visitare la nostra regione. Non abbiamo piscina ma abbiamo la tartufaia, il torrente, i caprioli, istrici, cinghiali, i nostri gatti e la cagnetta Moti. Nel giardino troverete erbe frutta e prodotti dell'orto. Dentro la casetta che affittiamo avrete a disposizione il nostro olio di oliva, e liquore di elicriso che produciamo noi. In realtà produciamo anche lo zafferano però questo lo vendiamo ! Naturalmente gli animali sono i benvenuti !

L'appartamento di 80mq è ubicato in una caratteristica via del centro storico, con uno splendido affaccio sulla vallata e sul Mausoleo dei Duchi di Urbino. É composto da una camera matrimoniale con cabina armadio, ampio living con cucina a penisola e ampio bagno. L'arco che ingloba la cucina è di epoca romana mentre in camera si possono trovare travi in legno di epoca rinascimentale L’alloggio è ubicato nel quartiere di San Bartolo e dista 100 metri dalla zona monumentale di Urbino.
