Happy House is about a 30-minute drive or 15 minutes by train from Karuizawa, a summer resort, and is located in a secluded spot in Miyotamachi. It's the perfect log house for groups of friends or families with kids, as well as for solo travelers or for work!　 From the skylight on the second floor, you can see the majestic Mt. Asama to the north and Mt. Hirao to the south, and at night you can fall asleep while watching the starry sky. 　A BBQ is available on the large roofed terrace with a built-in gas table. If you'd like, you can use it for an optional fee of ¥2,000 per use. 　 You can use the firewood fired bath with a large bathtub made of pine wood in a separate building for an additional fee of 3,000 yen. Please book by 12:00 on the day of use. 　You can also enjoy using the firewood stove for an optional fee of ¥1,000.
